Key Features: Hydraulic Screen: Channels water using gravity, creating a refractive film. Chromatic Shift: Reflects changing natural light throughout the day, from morning to dusk. Illumination: Reflects artificial LED light, enhancing its presence after dark. Solid Prism: Composed of three belts, representing the three branches of government, it forms a glowing triangular prism that shapes light effectively.
